Many of us are low in magnesium and suffer from leg cramps at night, muscle pain and more. Magnesium supplements and topical products help provide relief of those things.
How Do I Use Health and Wisdom Topical Magnesium To Relieve Muscle Pain?
I, myself, greatly benefit from magnesium products. I love taking a hot soak in Health and Wisdom Magnesium Bath Crystals. I get the water as warm as I can stand it and soak for about 20 minutes.
Then I dry off and have Clay apply some of the Magnesium Oil. The “oil” isn’t actually an oil so it absorbs immediately and isn’t the least bit greasy. So, after that’s rubbed in, I put on my comfy, warm jammies and snuggle under a blanket with a warm mug of homemade hot cocoa and watch some TV with my honey. To me, that creates a perfect night.
The magnesium gel is great, as well, but I really like using the oil with a sprayer. It makes it super easy to use. Just spritz some on, massage it in and you’re good to go!
There isn’t any odor to the plain magnesium oils. The only products that have a scent are the ones with added essential oils, like the Muscle Recovery and soap. The essential oils used are wonderful for pain and muscles that need some TLC.
Y’all know I love me some essential oils and everything natural is my first line of defense for pain, health and wellness. So, the Health and Wisdom topical magnesium products are right up my alley!
