Flu Time blend will help me stay healthy this summer. It is a wellness blend that contains Frankincense, Peppermint, Spearmint, Cinnamon Bark, Lime, Ginger, and Lavender essential oils. Niiiiiice!
Joyful Moments blend is an energizing blend that includes Orange, Spruce, Frankincense, Pine, Myrrh, Peppermint, and Cinnamon Bark essential oils so it will also be great for my summer allergies. I want to make a cleaning spray and add it to my homemade cleaning wipes!

For instance, I have high blood pressure and need to be careful when using rosemary essential oil.
