2024 went by quickly. I know I say that every year, but, this one flew by quicker than ever!

A lot happened in the Martin family this year health wise but we’re all hanging in there.
Just like last year, our family dynamic is changing. Our kids are getting older. They are bringing new people into their lives which increases their family and the things they do for the Holidays. And that’s wonderful! I love seeing those changes of love and growth. As a mom, I get to see new light in my children as they start the journey of their lives. I love it!
The Martin Family didn’t travel much again this year but we did get a little travel time in. We were blessed to be able to save up and take our annual summer trip again. And we went somewhere new-to-us for summer vacation. Like last year, we stayed near the Clearwater Beach area but headed on down to St. Petersburg and St. Pete’s Beach instead. We’d never been there before and we all loved it! The was was gorgeous!
Clay and I didn’t take our annual anniversary trip again this year. I was sad that we didn’t do anything to celebrate but that’s ok. We still enjoyed just being together.
Money is still tight for everyone. Prices are still insanely ridiculous right and folks are still barely getting by. How about you? Are you and your family doing ok? I pray for each and every one of you reading this. I may not know you personally but I care. I truly do.
With all that said, I wanted to give you all a small gift that I give every year. I have some printable 2024 glasses photo props, for New year’s Eve, for you to print and enjoy. For free – minus the cost of your paper and ink, of course.
Each year we print these fun photo props, fire up the karaoke, set out some yummy appetizers or order pizza. I buy some non-alcoholic sparkling cider for the kids, wine and cocktails for the adults and ring in the new year with our family. Everyone can spend the night, if they’d like and wake up to black eyed peas and cabbage on New Year’s Day. That is a tradition my mother-in-law loves so we do it each year.
As for the photo prop glasses, I try to make a new set each year. I love having photo props for Instagram photos and parties. It adds so much fun and gets everyone in the festive mood! I hope you like them and can use them too!

They are in PDF form so just save them to your computer, open and print them, preferably on card stock like this brand from Amazon (affiliate link).Once they’re printed, cut out the stars in the center and wrap the tab around a straw, stick, chopstick, skewer… something sturdy to use as a handle. Then just hold them up! They make great photo props to add a little something to your New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day photos.
