One of my favorites is the First Aid Blend. It’s not just for bumps and boo-boos. It supports your hair, skin and nails, diminishes fine lines and wrinkles, helps stimulate the scalp for hair growth, aids in muscle relief and makes a wonder room freshening spray when mixed with citrus!

Rocky Mountain Oils First Aid Blend

It is a blend of Rosemary, Tea Tree, Clove Bud, and Helichrysum essential oils. I have high blood pressure so I do need to be careful with this blend because rosemary, in particular, can raise blood pressure. I use it at a 1% dilution in any products I make and only diffuse or use as a room spray when I’m feeling icky and need a boost. I’m on prescription medication for high blood pressure and have never had a problem, but I like to err on the side of caution.
