Trim Healthy Mama Hydrates Are Delicious And Convenient

A few weeks ago I told you all about a sale of new products that THM had released. This included brand new CBD oil products and their brand new Trim Healthy Mama Hydrates, a.k.a water flavoring sticks. Let me tall ya, those hydrates are delicious!

They aren’t, yet, available for sale on the site, though. The sale let us purchase one of their sipper bottles, regularly $19.99 along with a sample pack of the new Hydrates, for $9.99. For both! So, I definitely jumped at the chance to score some of those! I bought 3 combo packs while they were available! I really wanted one bottle of each color, pink, blue and green, but the pink sipper was sold out. So I bought 2 green sippers and one blue sipper.

I LOVE them! The sipper bottles are available still, for $19.99 but don’t come with the Hydrates now. They do have a learning curve to using them. There isn’t a second hole in the lid. like in most bottles that allows for easier suction. This is to help make the bottles more spill proof. However, it causes the liquid to sometimes spurt. So…. barely loosening the lid stops that problem and makes it very easy to drink. Seriously, you just barely loosen it, just enough to sort of break the seal. OR, you can tilt your straw to one side to make it easier to drink, but that doesn’t keep pressure from making your drink spurt out the top, so I just lightly loosen the lid.

These sipper bottles hold 32 ounces of liquid. One Hydrates flavors a standard 16 oz bottle of water and they are pre-sweetened perfectly with erythritol and stevia. They are so good! I actually use one stick in 32 ounces of water and it is still really good.

I make this a GGMS by mixing 1 Hydrates packet with 1 tsp (or more) Apple Cider Vinegar, dash of ginger OR 1 ginger juice ice cube, 1 tsp Baobab powder and 1/4 tsp Pyure, since it is already sweetened. I mix all that in 16 ounces of water, shake it all up, add a few ice cubes and then top is with a sparkling seltzer water! It is so fizzy and good. This is a GGMS Cider Pop and it’s delicious!

Sometimes, I’ll use a cherry Hydrates flavor stick and a lime flavored Bubly for a cherry limeade. YUM!

My favorite flavor of the Hydrates is the Blue Oasis. I don’t typically like coconut flavored beverages but, OMG, this is so good! To me, it starts with sort of a pineapple flavor and finishes with a very mild coconut taste. I LOVE THIS ONE! We’re going to the beach in a few weeks and I am taking all my Blue Oasis packs with me. I have 5 left and I’m saving them for vacation!

My next favorite flavor is cherry. Then Orange. To me, it is reminiscent of Tang but milder. I love lemonade but the lemon was my least favorite for some reason. I felt like it also had a hint of lime, but maybe my taste buds were just off that day.

Either, way, I can’t wait til these are available for sale. I want to load up on all the flavors!
