Viva Naturals is one of my favorite online stores! Since following the Trim Healthy Mama way of eating and delving into essential oils, I’ve become more and more aware of organic foods, supplements and natural beauty products. Some of my favorites can be found at Viva Naturals.

Since changing the way I eat, I’ve begun adding in things like flaxseed and psyllium husk powder. I have high cholesterol, that isn’t hereditary, so I’m using natural products to try to help lower it. Flaxseed and psyllium are said to help with that. I love adding both to a bowl of warm, comforting oatmeal each morning.
I prefer to use coconut oil when cooking. I do prefer to use refined so there’s no coconut taste added to my food. Another form of coconut oil I use is MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides). I add a teaspoon to my Iced Vanilla Oolong tea that I drink every morning. I also use it in my homemade skincare!
I also use almond and jojoba oils in my homemade skincare products. All of these products, as well as natural essential oils, can be found at Viva Naturals, which makes stocking up on them incredibly convenient.
Organic Foods, Supplements And Beauty Products
I’m excited to check out their Elderberry, Vitamin C + Zinc all-in-one to help support my immune system! I love the idea of having one supplement with all 3 ingredients, versus taking them all individually. And with school starting back soon, my family needs the extra immune boost!
I think I’m going to start buying my vitamin D3 and apple cider vinegar gummies at Viva Naturals, as well. I use ACV and ACV gummies to help combat acid reflux. It help balance the acid in my stomach which lessens my reflux. Apple cider vinegar also helps with my high blood pressure. NOTE: This may not work for you. This is just my own, personal experience with these products. I was given the green light by my Dr. to try them. ALWAYS consult your physician before adding any supplements.
