It is fall y’all!!! It’s almost fall y’all! Almost. Fall!!!! 🍂🍁🎃 EEEEEEK I’m excited. Fall is, by far, my most favorite time of the year. It offers me cooler weather (hot flashes y’all), autumnal colors, falling leaves, bonfires, caramel apples and all the scents I love like cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, apple and, yes, pumpkin spice. The best latte flavors come around in fall and winter! With these favorite scents, I love to make a fall room spray to really set the mood in my home. With that, I have a fall room spray recipe for you, with printable label for your spray bottle!

I’ve been scenting my home with my fall room spray that I named “All About Autumn”. I chose the name because, as you can tell, I’m all about autumn! I love me some fall so this name just fits. I made 2 versions. One uses a pre-made blend with a hint of extra orange. The 2nd version combines a few different oils. It does NOT smell the same as version #1 because there are a few oils in the Immune Strength blend that I leave out. So it hits a little different than version #1. Try them both and let me know which you prefer. I love them both, depending on my mood, BUT version #2 is actually my favorite, scent wise. I love the extra bit of lemon that gives it that “crisp” almost apple-y smell. And, to be honest, I love mixing all the different oils to create something truly DIY and homemade. It makes me feel all accomplished and crafty. And like I’m mixing up potions. tee hee hee
Printable recipes and labels are included below each typed out recipe.
Use with caution. Do not use or use with extreme caution if you have high blood pressure or epilepsy (especially rosemary). Can be used around (NOT ON) children ages 10 and up. If you use around pets, make sure they can leave the room. These oils are not generally safe to use with cats or dogs, however, my pets do well, since it is being sprayed in areas they don’t lay and will always leave the room if the smell bothers them. Never use them topically on your pets!
As with any product, supplement, etc, ALWAYS use with caution, do research and consult your doctor before use! Use at your own risk. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if any adverse reactions occur. Essential oils are VERY concentrated, do absorb into the bloodstream and some may interfere with certain medications and health conditions. For instance, I have high blood pressure and need to be careful when using rosemary essential oil.
So, please, do your research before use and use with caution. With that said, essential oils can be an amazing addition to your health and wellness and natural home. DIY Fall Room Spray Recipe
Version #1
All About Autumn
- 8 drops Immune Strength Essential Oil Blend
- 5 drops Orange Essential Oil
To a 4 ounce spray bottle (metal, glass or PET plastic), add 3 TBSP witch hazel OR high proof vodka (I use Everclear). This will help the oils and water combine. After adding the oils to the alcohol or witch hazel, give it a good swirl, then let it sit a few minutes to combine.
Next, top off the bottle with distilled water. Give it a shake and spray around your room. Easy as pumpkin pie!
Shelf life will be about 4 weeks if you use high proof alcohol and only around 2 weeks if you use witch hazel or only distilled water. If you don’t use alcohol or witch hazel, shake super well before use, as the oils and water will separate.

Immune Blend is great for, not only, deodorizing and purifying the air and surfaces in your home Many of the oils are anti-bacterial/viral and help to kill germs while also leaving a gorgeous scent behind – all without harmful fake chemicals. Of course, be careful, because even natural ingredients can be harmful when not used properly.

All About Autumn 2 Room Spray Labels
You can use any oils with the fall room spray recipe, above, by simply replacing the oils in the water/witch hazel/alcohol. For instance, I LOVE RMO’s Pumpkin Spice Latte Blend blend. So, I like to add around 30 drops in place of the other oils and use it in my kitchen and bathroom!
4 ounce spray bottles, like these, work really well.
