Simply Earth has changed the way I use essential oils. In the beginning of my essential oil journey, I really had no idea what I was doing. I only knew how to diffuse oils. And even then I did it wrong! I would diffuse lavender throughout the night, right on my bedside table, to help me sleep. You’re only supposed to diffuse oils for 15 or so minutes before bed, then turn your diffuser off! Most folks have these things in their kitchen. I often get my extras at the Dollar Tree!
