Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash

Awhile back I told you about Colgate Enamel Health Multi-Protection Toothpaste and how it is helping my gums. I also shared with you  some great tips on how to spring clean your overall health, not just your home. I’ve been following the tips that I shared as well as using the Colgate Enamel Health Multi-Protection Toothpaste on a daily basis. I’ve also been using NEW Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash.

Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash is a mouthwash that has multiple benefits. It kills the germs in my mouth on contact to help fight bacteria that can cause bad breath and gum disease. I’ve noticed since I’ve been using it, several weeks, that my breath is fresher and that it lasts, at least, until my next meal. Usually even after.

I’ve also noticed that my gums feel so much better than they did before I started using it. I hadn’t realized beforehand just how sensitive my had become.

The Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash is available in Clean Mint flavor. You can smell the mint as soon as you open the bottle. It smells and tastes so good! I only get a little “burn” or “tingle” when I used it, typical of most mouthwash. My mouth is left feeling cool and fresh. My breath smells amazing when I use it. It’s refreshing!

I’ve been using the Colgate Enamel Health Multi-Protection Toothpaste along with the Colgate Total Gum Health Mouthwash, on a daily basis. I’ve also been using Colgate Optic White Platinum Express toothpaste a few times each week to keep my teeth their whitest. I’ve noticed a change in my overall gum health. My gums and teeth look and feel better.

I still have gaps in my teeth that only a dentist can fix but for my overall teeth and gum health, I love knowing that there are products that can help keep them in great shape! And I’m not so embarrassed to smile now.
