Good Girl Boost Shine – THM FP Refreshing All Day Sipper

Several weeks ago, my sister-in-law and I started the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle. My good friend Celene has been following it for years and I just hadn’t jumped on the bandwagon yet. For whatever reason, it didn’t click with me that this was a healthy way of eating that would be perfect for my family.

Then my sis-in-law started doing a Keto diet and I liked the recipes she was cooking. That’s when it dawned on me that a lot of the THM recipes followed similar guidelines. It is NOT Keto and it is not cutting out carbs. It is plan that shows us how to eat and how to separate our fuels during meals, for better fat burning. And…. it works!

SO, the sisters that created THM have this incredible all day sipper called Good Girl Moonshine. I like it but my favorite is their Boost Juice. I wanted the benefits of both drinks, though, so I sat down one day and combined to two into a sipper that, I think, is super delicious and healthy!

I called it the Good Girl Boost Shine because it has the addition of their Boabab Boost Powder. YUM!

Good Girl Boost Shine – THM

  • Juice from 1 1/2 – 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp Truvia or other on plan sweetener (eg: Stevia, Erythritol, Xylitol, Gentle Sweet)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baobab Boost Powder
  • 1 capful Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Water
  • 16 Ice cubes or enough to fill a quart jar


  • Squeeze juice of half a lemon (or whole if you like it more sour) into a quart size (or equivalent) glass jar.
  • Add ground ginger and just enough water to mix. Approx 1/4 C.
  • Place lid on jar and shake vigorously to mix.
  • Remove cap and add ice.
  • Add remaining ingredients on top of ice.
  • Replace cap and, again, shake vigorously for a few seconds to thoroughly mix ingredients.
  • Drink with a straw and enjoy!
