Ingredients
2Large Eggs
1cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
2tbspAlmond Flour
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1/2tspItalian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your waffle iron
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, cheese, almond flour and seasonings
Spoon mixture, evenly, onto Belgian Waffle Iron.
Cook 3 1/2 - 4 minutes (My waffle iron cooks it perfectly in 3 1/2 minutes. You may need ot experiment with your waffle iron)
Once Chaffle is cooked through, place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, add your pizza toppings of choice and bake in a pre-heated 350 oven for 5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly and lightly browned.

NOTE
The ingredients amounts in this recipe are for a Belgian Waffle Iron. 1 waffle makes 2 servings (split in half). To make in a Dash mini, use half the ingredients and enjoy as a full serving.
